Darryl Beeson, cellar master of Voltaire Restaurant in Dallas and formerly with the world famous Mansion on Turtle Creek.

This former sommelier of the historic Adolphus hotel's French Room seeks to demystify wine with a "no secret handshakes" approach. Outside of the dining room, he shares his "Wine" wit, wisdom and ramblings with listeners to KRLD, Dallas not to mention strangers at bus stops.
