The Ninth Annual
Wine and Spirits Focus
This great annual benefit for Make-A-Wish Foundation and
Citymeals-On-Wheels is a
favorite of goodlife benefactors in the community. The chefs and winemakers really put on a wonderful party at
the beautiful Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center. We bring you the digital smiles of several of this year's participating
chefs.
James Rowland, Executive Chef of The Crescent Court, gives a hug to Vicki
Briley-White.
James is one of our most talented chefs. His wonderful cuisine is served at Beau Nash.
Remember the giant birthday cake made for Oprah during her lawsuit trial in Amarillo?
Here's the team who created the masterpiece. Executive Pastry Chef James Wagner and his assistant Shannon Swindle
tickle the sweet-tooth for diners at The Mansion on Turtle Creek.
Dallas diners are lucky to have Executive Chef William Koval back at the posh French
Room in The Adolphus Hotel. William was in higher elevations for a while at the exclusive Little Nell Hotel in
Aspen.
The Riviera is one of the world's great dining experiences. Chef de Cuisine Frank
Harris IV is happy to be a part of the evening's gala fundraiser at The Mort.
Nobody works harder to support these charitable events than
Chef Stephan Pyles, who also staged two events for Share Our Strength within the same week at his Star Canyon and
AquaKnox restaurants. And, got a hug of appreciation from Ms. Briley-White.
