Like an outfit that’s just right for an important occasion, the quiet ride of a luxury automobile, or a restaurant perfectly suited for a business lunch. We’re not in the apparel or car business, but we can recommend Bugatti Ristorante as a great place for a lunch meeting. The staff and owners have a deft touch. Treating the customers like gold, offering professional service and good food has created a loyal following for this restaurant located in the Plaza on Bachman Creek. It’s a good location if you do business in the Love Field area. Eat light or hearty. You’ll find something good in either case. From the lighter side, try one of the luncheon salads. Like tasty Caesar salad with grilled chicken ($8.95) or shrimp ($10.95). For something different, there’s the smoked turkey salad with a light Italian dressing ($8.95). If you’re counting grams of protein, fat and carbs, you’ll appreciate one of Bugatti’s specialty dishes like grilled chicken with penne pasta ($8.95), fresh salmon with a dill cream sauce ($11.95), or spaghetti pomodoro-fresh tomato and artichoke hearts ($7.95). Now, let’s appease bigger appetites. Pasta dishes are served with delicious minestrone or house salad and fresh garlic bread. Pack away the lasagna ($7.95). Sample the combination cannelloni and manicotti plate ($7.95), also available individually. Indulge in the rich flavors of fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken ($9.95). Enjoy a diverse selection that also includes yummy rigatoni with Italian sausage ($8.95) and linguine pescatore with shrimp, scallops and crab claws over linguine ($12.95). I thoroughly enjoyed chicken parmigiana ($8.95). The parmigiana dish is also served with grilled Italian sausage or traditional veal scaloppine. Shrimp scampi ($11.95) and fresh fish are offered. Plus a house specialty Veal piccata in Marsala sauce ($10.95). The look and feel of the place is bright and airy.
