Located on the ground floor with stunning views of the East Looe River valley you'll find the restaurant. For hotel guests at breakfast the restaurant is dressed in pastel colours, suggesting warmth and promise for the day ahead. In contrast, at night it takes on an elegant yet relaxed and cosy atmosphere with candles flickering against the golden walls and full-length linens.
The restaurant's Frech doors open on the terrace where cocktails and dinner may be enjoyed al fresco, overlooking the magnificent river valley scenery. Imagine after-dinner drinks on the terrace to complete another stellar day of your vacation with the promise of tomorrow to come.

We also offer our Wine Room - also with French doors that open up on the terrace - for up to 14 guests. Here you can enjoy the same wonderful cuisine, wine and service, but with the peace and privacy required for that business dinner/meeting or for that very special family celebration. The Wine Room is perfect for such occasions.

Our restaurant features the modern Euro-British cuisine of chef/proprietor Nick Barclay. Our fixed price menu, priced by the course and changed monthly, truly reflects what is best in season. Our menu showcases the freshest local produce, meats and cheeses, not to mention the freshest fish landed daily by the fishermen of Looe just half a mile away. The wine list has been personally compiled by the Barclay family and spans the globe offering the best of today's vineyards and wineries.

The restaurant is open for breakfast daily from 7.30 am until 9 am, last orders. For dinner we also warmly welcome non-residents to join us from 7-9.30 pm, last orders. Lunch is by private arrangement only.
